This 1 day course will guide you through the Listed Building Consent (LBC) process and give you support and tips on putting together a successful application. Finding the right experts; understanding the historic importance of your building; submitting the right application material; and making a strong case for the changes you want are all essential elements of a good application.
The training providers, from the Tywi Centre in Carmarthenshire County Council, are experts in historic building conservation and are responsible for granting consent in Carmarthenshire. If you are considering applying for LBC then this course will be of real value to you.
